Medical Imaging

Tue Mar 3, 2009, 11:13 AM
For the last two months, I have been upgrading Unix, and rebuilding the scientific visualisation, medical imaging, molecular dynamics and 3D software I use.

For the last five days I was testing DICOM medical imaging tools, and created four thirty second videos of transverse, coronal and sagittal fly throughs, and a volume rendered rotation, of the human skull.

For the last fifteen minutes, I've been waiting for the first of these videos to upload to DeviantART, only to be told videos must be at least ten seconds in length.

It is thirty seconds, as are the other three.

I'm not wasting my time uploading video or animation here again.
